The United Nations Office of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) mission is inspecting the progress of the Foundation's projects in Al-Mahweet Governorate

The National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NFDHR) along with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA)  and accompanied by the program quality adviser of the foundation Dr. Ahmed Al-Wadaey carried out a visit to the projects of the Foundation in Ar  Rujum District in Al-Mahweet Governorate on Tuesday August 8th, 2018
The importance of the visit was to inspect the projects of the foundation in coordination with the local authority in the District Which will contribute to alleviate the suffering of the citizens in order to obtain their needs and improve the level of income and raise the standard of living.

During the visit, the local authority praised the efforts of the National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NFDHR)and its leading and responsible role in implementing the activities of the Emergency Integrated Food, WASH and Health Interventions for the affected communities in Ar Rujum District , Al-Mahweet Governorate.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Wadaey pointed out that these projects will provide the necessary needs for citizens, which targets about 23 thousand beneficiaries in the four targeted villages of the District.

He also praised the cooperation of the local authority with the team of the Foundation and its keenness to facilitate all the tasks and work of the team.
